There is a big debate about whether AI can be used in job searches. Some companies say it "breaks the deal."

AI can also make you more productive at work. One study that gave customer support agents access to AI assistance found that "tool access improves productivity" by an average of 14%. While the highly skilled workers didn't really benefit, the less skilled workers did.
It's hard to say whether companies will look for job candidates who have "knowledge and experience" with AI tools.
“However, learning about new technologies and how they can be used at work is always a good idea, especially if their use could affect your work,” Plovi said.
